Great food. Cooked by mama. Spectacular view from Siderno Superior (ancient upper city). If open dine on top floor outdoor patio. Need reservation during peak season.

Booked on the phone two days before for 1 p.m., arrived in the room and had to wait almost 10 minutes for the only one present, I think the owner, to attend to me and my girlfriend. Ordered an antipasto for two and two pasta dishes, waited another 5 minutes to order drinks. They informed me they have no white wine. 1 litre of rosé wine arrived in a bottle with a crown cap, the cheap supermarket type. They have no wine list. The starters were excellent but very few for two people, two slices of capocollo, 2 of pancetta, and 4 modest fried dishes. The first courses were also excellent, and the commercially packaged desserts were good. The bill was too expensive for the type of service and what we ate. Other guests arrived immediately afterwards with the same rushed service and long waits.

The whole family is involved, the hospitality is wonderful, the food was great and the Polpetta is absolutely scrumptious!

It is worth the trip up the hill to visit this restaurant. The views are great and so is the food. A family run restaurant, it uses local produce to promote local dishes. The antipasto is a great sampler. We went back another night for pizza, made by Mamma. Try it.

I tavoli del ristorante sono posizionati sulla piazzetta del centro storico in una atmosfera unica. Propone piatti della tradizione preparati divinamente. Una vera gioia per gli occhi e il palato. Porzioni molto abbondanti. Prezzi nella media. Super consigliato!
