If you enjoy actual healthy, wholesome tasting food — then this is your go-to quick stop in the city. Even the smoothies aren’t overly-sweet. They taste like they have exactly what is shown in the menu, no fillers. Nonetheless, good food, great experience! View all feedback.
What Amnon A doesn't like about Protein Kitchen:
Flavor was good but the emphasis on high protein has made people forget that calories are not actually evil. Portions were too small. Also tried my friend's protein shake… 8$ for coffee mixed with protein powder. View all feedback.
Good place to refuel with a protein shake or a salad. Good concept.
Opens early and minimal lines at early hours. Smoothies were tasty and quick, very friendly service. Pricy, but for the location near Millenium Park and the Riverwalk, right in line with lower quality competitors. Recommended!

Great healthy food and tastes better with a protein shake.
This place doesn't have a restroom for customers Could you believe that??? They sell drinks and food and has small patio and no restroom. Am curious is legally to open a food store in Chicago with no restroom?!!
