Pizzeria Aroma - side

Great pizza and pastas to be honest I've enjoyed everything I have tried. We plan to keep coming back because it is delicious!!

I visited all the way from the Midway Airport area and it was one of those days where it was nice and made my way all the way up on Broadway. I happened to see the pizzeria online and figured let's try it out. I started with the hot chicken tenders as well as hot fries which I demolished lol. We also ordered the pizza with extra crust and it did not disappoint! The moment i entered I was greeted by a young lady at the counter and was seated immediately. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! All because I asked why wasn't my food put securely in a bag when it normally has been delivered that way, with or without more food items in the order! Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude, while I was not, then he proceeded to tell me he will cancel the transaction and to not order from there again and hung up in my face. I will look out for the transaction because I am not comfortable eating food that is not delivered with a no tamper measure.

I try to support local restaurants in the neighborhood but damn is always something with the wrong order or the food quality hope they get things straight out for a better feedback in the future

Food is always fresh and delicious. Have been coming for years and the quality is always tops. Very friendly owners. Highly recommend!
