This particular Maxwell restaurant is very professional they speak to you when you walk in and ask you how can I help you very good professional customer service have had no issues with this particular Maxwell Street location by the way it's on 52nd and Western on the west side of the street
Grabbed my pizza puffs out the freezer no gloves no sanitizing. Note to them: ppl do watch how their food is handled. No mild sauce here.
My go to spot for a quick burger since I'm more of a southwest side dude. Burgers always smack for me
If you are not a native of Chicago then you are missing out. I love this place, i can’t get enough of it and I’ve been to both locations. This one and the other on western, i recommend the polish and the pizza puff you will definitely not be sorry. The line is sometimes long but it’s worth the wait. If you ever visit Chicago, make a stop at maxwells
