Excellent products, the girls who assisted me last night were very friendly, cordial... I see that there are quite a few negative comments for the people who work there. But I have seen that some clients get very arrogant with the girls who serve us. It's not easy to deal with people who are bad. To then go and vent our fury on an employee like we all are... For me it was an experience and friendly treatment from the girls... everything sold there is delicious

Highly disappointed with the service and rudeness . Today we went there after dinner for some yogurt and ice cream bars . There were two servers(girls/women) . They don’t speak or understand English they were speaking Mexican language . We went there and when we wanted to give order they openly ignored us .They were continuously preferring other customers(Mexicans) . And when we told them why they are not taking our order one of the server was soooo rude . We never experienced this kind of rudeness/behaviour from any other restaurant in entire Chicago. How can you even hire such type of people who doesn’t know English and they don’t have manners to even speak with people??!! This was openly disrespectful and discrimination towards us. There were other two women who were waiting to give order and watching this they left the store too. I will never recommend this location to anyone from now on. The management needs to take some action on this location servers. Date : 4th January 2024.

Very disappointed, when they are about to close, they no longer sell elote cakes and among other things, they tend to have a bad attitude as they are ready to close, they put on a face to serve if they do not want to do their job, they should look for another type of job with this bad service, they will lose many clients.

This is my first and last time going here. My boyfriend and I went here to get a late night snack and as we were patiently waiting, the lady took the customers behind us as they were native speakers and we weren’t. I had to walk out and come back to recollect myself before letting the lady what she did was rude. Besides the service the food was good.

Totally disappointed, the strawberry milk paletas (popsicles) doesn't taste at all to strawberry, they're so sour and plain, they don't taste sweet..... I bought 5 popsicle strawberry with cream, plain strawberry, strawberry with chesse, and all of them taste the same. No flavor ! The fruit is to acid.
