Freshii offers healthy options at all its locations, but you 'll find a lot of work out folks at this particular one Freshii 's eat. energize mantra seems to really appeal to the WWW/Equinox members. Sit at the counter and look out at street traffic on Monroe, or across the alley at Cosi or maybe there 'll be room at one of the five tables. Or get your order to go. What brmusicman doesn't like about Freshii:
Ran here for lunch after hearing good things and having a good experience at a location in DC. This was not what I expected. It was well past the lunch rush (around 1:30pm) and I ordered a burrito. It took FOREVER to be prepared, and it was frustrating because as I waited I was watching staff stand around and chat with each other rather than work. When I asked for omelet with mushrooms, it was ready in a minute, very fast! But turns out the mushrooms were cold. Omelet was hot though. Overall, 3 stars :
Food is always great. Sad that healthy food costs the same if not more than junk/fast food nowadays.
This place is cool ... Spicy chicken lemongrass soup was delicious. Service is fast and everything is clean.
Everyone is always friendly and the call ahead service is great. My food or smoothie is always ready when I arrive. I don’t know the main cashier’s name but he’s a guy with a lot of tattoos but he is awesome! Always remembers my order and very knowledgeable.
