However, when I went to pick up my... read more I had the absolute worst customer service experience! I went in to order two blueberry cake donuts and a pumpkin spice latte. However, when I went to pick up my drink—I only asked once at the station marked "PICK UP"—I was met with a rude response. The staff just kept repeating, "We're understaffed." I didn’t ask about that; I simply wanted my latte! They really need to improve their customer service skills!

The coffee is fine the only problem is that they charge more than other Dunkin's. For example a normal iced macchiato is $6! And at other stores it's $3—4. Literally a line out the door, nobody taking orders at the counter, everyone focused on drive through only. I waited about 5 minutes before walking out. Can’t b... read more Literally a line out the door, nobody taking orders at the counter, everyone focused on drive through only. I waited about 5 minutes before walking out. Can’t believe they just ignore the paying customers that come into the lobby, but lazy people are a priority??! Oh and their bathroom was “out of order”. Don’t waste your time here.
