If I wanted to spend that much, I might as well go to Starbucks and feel like I'm getting my money’s worth. This place prioritizes profit over quality!

However, when I went to pick up my... read more I had the absolute worst customer service experience! I went in to order two blueberry cake donuts and a pumpkin spice latte. However, when I went to pick up my drink—I only asked once at the station marked "PICK UP"—I was met with a rude response. The staff just kept repeating, "We're understaffed." I didn’t ask about that; I simply wanted my latte! They really need to improve their customer service skills!
