There's often an older gentleman at the window who I believe might be the owner. However, my visit yesterday was very unpleasant. After placing my order, a woman at the window loudly shouted at one of her employees because the employee didn’t hear my order clearly due to a landscaper working nearby. This woman, who seemed like a manager or supervisor, screamed at her employee so loudly that it hurt my ears. It’s unacceptable to treat others that way in front of customers. I hope this message reaches her—shame on you. I’m considering reporting this behavior to corporate.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a cheerful good morning as I hurry in to pick up my order.

I doubt I’ll be coming back to this Dunkin' anytime soon.
