I had a much better experience at this location compared to the one on N. Milwaukee Ave. The manager at the Jefferson Park train station has a consistently unhelpful attitude whenever I visit. View all feedback.

I've been going to this restaurant for 11 years now, and over the years, I've witnessed many staff members come and go, most of whom are generally friendly. However, I really hope they rethink their morning cashier. She often appears unfriendly and has made mistakes with my order several times. I’ve brought this up to other employees, but they tend to say she’s “untouchable,” which is quite frustrating. View all feedback.
The store is always clean and the staff friendly I have never had a issue with any of my orders and the service is always fast great place to go
I ordered from Uber Eats and wanted a bit of ice in my iced chai latte, but I received way too much ice instead. I also ordered a Boston cream donut and got a glazed donut instead. I can understand the mix-up with the donut, but I really expected better with the drink. Disappointing!
This is my neighborhood Dunkin! I recently got addicted to Dunkin after months of trying to leave it alone. With so many restaurants now not giving the customers what they want, some being overworked and tired. I go in and the staff is just so quick and does everything with a smile! I have never went in here and got a bad service! Please give them a raise!! This is one of the best locations! Everything is always fresh and they are just so nice.
