I never leave bad reviews, but this place is comically bad. If you’re looking for fine dining, PLEASE look elsewhere! It was a weird time from the very beginning—the restaurant doesn’t answer their phone, and they don’t even have a voicemail set up. We made reservations a week in advance on open table, we get notification and confirmation. All that sudden three days before we couldn’t find the reservation anywhere even though we had the reservation number and screenshot. They never answered the phone!!! We called se eral times several days. Disappointing
FINE DINING?! McDonald’s then should be considered FINE DINING. Food — 0 Service — 0 I sent an email requesting to have a manager reach out to me due to our experience the night we went — no answer. We had an horrendous experience for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner. and we spoke with the “manager on duty” Carlos who was also the Bartender. This was so amazing!!!!! It was our anniversary and we got a fireworks show!!!!! Highly recommended
They will take your money and wont honor your reservation. They have a Spanish guy answering their calls and keep on saying no English no English. These people are thieves. I will sue y'all unless y'all give me my freaking money back.
We went for the view and the Henny Ma which is what we enjoyed most. We had a reservation but the food still took a while and could have been a bit more flavorful. We would’ve have liked to try the available desserts but decided to pass. The ac was also out and there was a large unit near the entrance (which put us off due to the type of restaurant and pricing). The waitstaff was friendly. However, I’m not sure if we’d visit again.
