Big City Chicken - side

Not worth it. Got this for lunch threw more than half away. Please dont make the same mistake i did

I tried Big City Chicken for the first time. I ordered the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich (and I am not 100% sure it’s what I receive), my sandwich tasted like nothing. No heat, no spice, not even any salt or pepper. I never knew fried food could be so flavorless. I paid $17 for this “meal”. (A sandwich, fries and drink). While the food was hot and fresh (thus the 2 stars), the meal was disappointing. I know better then to get airports food, and I haven’t bought any in years. Anywho’s I am going … – show

Use to love this place, but it’s completely awful now. Literally 2 maybe 3 people working with 40+ people waiting for food. The waits times for food were 40 mins. Please just close this place down until you can figure out a better way to run it. On a side note, the amount of money this place is making by people simply having to leave their orders because of the wait time, is insane. No option to contact them via online to request a refund.

You pay $10-$12 for a cold sandwich. They were prepared way in advance so the bun was soggy and there was little to no sauce. Waste of money

Some dang good chicken. Definitely hits the spot after flying all day and the spicy mayo is great
