Beatnik on the River, an outpost from the regular Beatnik over in West Town, is a great spot just a few blocks northwest from the Sears Tower, a spot that is easy to overlook if you're staying north of the river, or just hanging out on the riverwalk. Good food, great scenery. Very expensive. Expensive to get too and parking is difficult and expensive.

The drinks are delicious, and the setting is lovely.
