Baskin-robbins - side

Asian lady behind the counter poured a large cup of caffeinated coffee and I ordered decaf. I am currently expecting and can not have caffeine especially not a large cup! She told me people make mistakes. No apology. The “manager” was absolutely just as rude and disrespectful. I told her I was pregnant and could not drink caffeine and she gave a rude apology upon leaving in my car I could see the ladies smiling as if some thing was funny about my frustration with being served disrespectfully.

Staff is very rude and inattentive. They not only made my order very disgustingly super watery and big chucks of ice but it was a mess they handed me my drink with coffee dripping and no napkins.

It's a shame that they now close at 10:30 pm the new staff at night are very childlike been going there for over 20 years they see me walking up and they closed the door.

Workers very rude and unprofessional. They do not pay attention to the customer and are more interested in talking and laughing with one another than the customers

The store is Amazing! I love the Halloween decor! I got my yummy scoop of Jamoca almond fudge!
