I had visited this place 3 times and liked the place. But yesterday when I visited a male servrer attended me hadnt seen him before(previously it was only female servers). So this guy was extremely rude with us(me and my bf) visited during the closing time 11pm and due to covid lounge closes at 12pm. But this male server made us sit in an extremely uncomfortable spot which was extremely close to other customers and we asked him if we could sit on other spot fyi the lounge was almost 60% empty bu … – show

This was back in March 2021. I can’t really speak much on the hookah, food or drinks because our server never attended us. When we walked in we immediately felt ignored because it took around 10 minutes for a host to even sit us down. It wasn’t even a busy night. There was maybe 3 other tables. After being seated for 20ish minutes without anyone taking our order we decided to leave. Service sucks here. We were a group of four, my wife included. The service was slow. Through the night they filled the entire store and had people sitting close to each other with no concern for COVID. Staff also wasn’t wearing a mask all through out the night while they were dealing with multiple people. The staff member who was going to each table also was rude by telling my friend to scoot in even when she couldn’t to add more people, when already over capacity.

Good hookah, not the best service. Could also open earlier, along with most lounges. People would smoke if you opened at noon ‍ ️
