The restaurant's hours state that they are open until 9 o'clock. I arrived at 4 o'clock hoping to buy something and found the place dark. I inquired if they were open, but it seems they had closed early. Now, I have a upset child in the car who couldn't get her chocolate milk. I understand that management is probably doing their best, but it is frustrating for customers to show up during open hours and find the establishment closed. At my workplace, we are short-staffed, but we would never consider closing in the middle of the day.

I spend 20 minutes every time I come here, which is unacceptable.

I ordered the caramel apple spice, but the server mistakenly started making a Macchiato version. I tried to rectify the mistake, but she seemed confused and turned to the other employees behind the counter for help. After some discussion, she made the correct drink multiple times, placed it on the counter, and walked away. Unfortunately, the drink ended up in the trash.

I stopped shopping and stopped me on the way to get a coffee. the baristas worked super friendly, especially kaylee! she was so friendly and friendly and about, my drink was perfect. I will definitely come back to this place, in comparison to the one that is a little closer to me because of the customer service here.
