I just gave an online order and went to pick it up. There were only two young girls, and there was a pretty firm line. It looked like they didn't get a break from fixing salads in a while. I told them I was here to pick up my order, and you could see the relief on their faces visible that I was no longer an order they had to do. I paid and said I wanted to get a coke. What Lily doesn't like about Saladworks:
They charged like $16 for a wrap on dry crumbling wheat wrap, literally inedible, it broke apart in my hands before I could even bring it to my mouth. They also did not include the napkins or utensils requested, and did not give us the juices for our kids meals. The price gouging is insane for food you can’t even eat. View all feedback.

You just gave it to me. I swear it wasn't a ruse just to get a free drink. I gave them a tip for their professionalism and could be as fast as under the circumstances. P.S. All salads from my order are perfect.
Always fresh and high-quality ingredients. Fast and friendly service. Great location.
Today our first day was eating there and my wife and I absolutely love it friendly staff nice and clean and the salads are fantastic. We'll come back, but now we agreed to go every Saturday. But we will bring family and friends and make this one of our stops to eat keep the great work.
The first time with my cuff. Very clean staff Amazing Salad. I come here every Saturday.
They've made some changes for the better. Fresher ingredients. I could taste all ingredients in salad. Few months ago it just taste like lettuce. Chicken Caesar Salad was really good.
