Was Peter Kub at Chipotle Mexican Grill a mag?
I expected to be really impressed with Chipotle's menu, but it felt a bit overwhelming, like reading a horse racing betting card. The food was tasty, and the staff were friendly but clearly overworked. I think the owner should pitch in and help make some tacos—treating employees that way, especially with so many customers, isn't right. The food was good, but would I come back for more Mexican food? This is hands down the worst Chipotle in south Jersey. I have placed an online order 3 times here and EVERY time the order has been incorrect in some way. It must be they fail to update their system and can't supply the order. Or possibly the lovely kids working there cannot read or simply put together orders as they feel. This is hands down the worst Chipotle in south Jersey. I have placed an online order 3 times here and EVERY time the order has been incorrect in some way. It must be they fail to update their system and can't supply the order. Or possibly the lovely kids working there cannot read or simply put together orders as they feel. DONT ORDER ONLINE HERE

We ordered two burritos, a burrito bowl, and a large chips and guacamole. The burrito bowl was made correctly, but the two burritos were entirely wrong and rather disorganized. The meat in the burritos wasn't suitable for me as I follow a pescatarian diet. Furthermore, the guacamole was disappointing—it was brown and didn’t look fresh at all, so we ended up not eating it. Overall, we were very disappointed and won't be ordering from this restaurant again anytime soon.

As usual from this place. I ordered a bowl that was thrown together, literally it was over when I was ready to leave the door. I asked for a medium cup that he rang and continued to focus on the phone that he had on me was as fine, but whatever. Then there was a problem with the pose. I paid a reception and then became of the gm my payment did not go through. That was the beginning of the whole meeting. My friend paid mine and her, and then he said the remaining balance was my sum after she had already paid for it. He could not communicate what is on and on this extremely rude. In my conversations about the subject, talk to his hands and roll his eyes. The behaviour was very immature to say the least. And then I asked for a refund at this point there was a payment problem and my bag was leak bean juice. The gm said I had to e-mail Chipotle for a refund and continued the next customer without hesitation. Very short and I have never heard that a CASH register cannot process a refund. Not sure what he was annoyed, but being the head of the store he could? ve kept his hesitation and treated the situation differently. From his behavior alone, I would rather take the longer ride to another place. Customer service 0 stars.

One of the best burritos I've had at Chipotle. Had a great experience with my dad while sharing a veggie burrito. It was the first time I tried their sofritas/fritas?? (sp? . I forgot the burrito makers name but he was very professional and and on point with his recommendations on how much rice, extras to add etc. Great service. No complaints whatsoever. Update visit during the pandemic 2021: Great visit. Ordering was super easy. Respectful employees. Only bummer is they don't have the plethora of tobacco sauces to try out but during the pandemic it's totally understandable.

Every time I come here the portions are terrible the staff is slow and the orders are wrong or poorly made. It seems like any to go order gets thrown in a bag. It?s pathetic

I recently discovered their soft chicken tacos, and I’m completely hooked! They are packed with delicious ingredients like peppers, onions, corn, lettuce, cheese, and pico de gallo. And let’s not forget the queso, which adds a ton of flavor and is definitely worth the extra charge. I've started opting for rice and beans on the side, but I feel they can dilute the flavors. Plus, the brown rice is sometimes a bit undercooked in my opinion. The staff was friendly and positive, which made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be to have the option to tip with a credit card. I was surprised that the transaction went through without any prompts to leave a tip. When I asked if there was a way to tip by card, the employee informed me that they only accept cash tips, and unfortunately, I didn’t have any cash on me. #BrokeLife #SorryGuys #GuessWe’llBeBrokeTogether

Absolutely terrible experience! It's only 8:50 PM, and there's no ice available. When I asked for ice for my $3.00 drink, a guy without gloves brought me a cup of ice from the back. Seriously? Can’t you just fill the ice machine? This cup of ice is gross and doesn’t fix the issue! Plus, they’re out of sides! I’m done with this place!

Additionally, both burritos contained meat, which was an issue since I am a pescatarian. The guacamole was also disappointing; it was brown and didn’t seem fresh at all, so we didn’t end up eating it. Overall, I was very disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon.

Disappointed as usual from this location. I ordered a bowl which was thrown together, literally, it was leaking by the time I was ready to walk out the door.
