Mcdonald's Sibu

Such a wonderful place to eat and have a drinks and good time with friends and family members. Cosy environment.

I went here with my friends today. It is quite crowded. It looks like it need more staff. But the staff at the McCafe counter is very friendly I love the apple crumble cheesecake . It is not very sweet. The Belgian chocolate cake is sweeter and the chocolate drink too.

The only McD restaurant in town. Dining area is suggested to upgrade. Some central air are leaking. Food and drinks are good as always and waitresses attitudes are nice (sometimes) .

Slow service, the staff didn 't call out the number when the orders are ready. Need to constantly ask about your order because they don 't prepare yours according to numbers. And when you asked, be prepared and be very2 patient as you 'll get swearing eyes from the staff ya. Even though your number is stated on the screen, it may or may not have been prepared. So customers need to be alert all the time, the staffs don 't bother as they are very busy preparing for the orders.

The only Mcdonald Franchise in Sibu, can't expect much. The food were regular, just like normal, don't expect too much. However, i suggest service and cleanliness of the shop need to be improve. During my time having meals there, my food given were incorrect and need to ask front counter waiter to change for me. Besides, the floor and table were dirty and oily. Need improve again.
