Subway Balcescu - Sibiu

Good points: the freshness of the sandwiches and the bacon from Melt Sub it was better than how it is in the Subway’s from Bucharest! Down points: you can’t go at the toilet unless you order something because you always need to enter a and there was only one toilet for each men and women.

I like from time to time a sandwich from Subway, very good bread and a variety of meat to add. Good location if you do not want to waist time at the restaurant.

Good food, fast service, friendly staff. This small fast food restaurant is located in the center of Sibiu, on the pedestrian Balcescu street. The atmosphere is pleasant. However the place at the table is tight. Not all people are skinny to fit in such a...small place.

One of the best places for a quick sandwich in Sibiu. Service is very quick and they have loads of fresh ingredients (more than most other Subways I've been to)

I've been for the first and for the last time in a Subway restaurant. The overall experience, which eventually included their Customer Relations Management, was a total disaster. But first things first.I and my wife entered this restaurant thinking to get 2 sandwiches. What struck us from the door was the blasting music which then made difficult any communication with the staff. However we managed to order 2 Tunna Jalepeno sandwiches. We took a table and tried to enjoy our meal. We discovered that the 2 sandwiches were different: while hers was slightly hot, mine was not at al. I went to the boy and asked him what happened. He politely apologized and gave me another Tunna Jalepeno sandwich which was different from my wife's. So 3 identical sandwiches but not very similar. They are not able to comply with the recipe. I informed that Customer Relations Center and they called in a couple of days apologizing and e-mailing me a one-sandwich voucher for me to print out and take it to that restaurant. First of all, I was a tourist in Sibiu with no printer in my luggage, then I was just leaving town when they sent me that voucher. Third, a one-sandwich voucher? My wife was supposed to wait outside while I would be using it?In a nutshell, they are not able to comply with the recipes, they cannot duplicate one sandwich after another and their Complaint Management sucks. My single experience with them: a lousy restaurant trying to foul the customers.
