All dishes are very fresh and different from other restaurants where I eat in Sibiu . Desserts it was great, pavlova cake and rubarba with vanilla ice cream. They have a...lot of type of wines from different places. When I came back in Sibiu I will came back to eat here.

First we wanted to go to another place, right next to Pasaj, who had even better reviews / Tripadvisor Ranking, but there was literally nobody there, while Pasaj was very busy. We saw a last table...available and decided to stay there. It was definitely a good choice. We had a light dinner to accompany two salads with a bottle of Vinca Theresia Riesling. Both salads were absolutely fantastic and the wine was top class (it is a 4 star wine to Vivino). Service was also very good with both waiters talking perfectly English. Overall highly recommended. Thank you.
