They are really nice people in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. We are from Spain and we came to Romania six days ago; Picaso's staff has made us feel at home. It is very recommended if you are accommodated in Golden Tulip Hotel (located very close) and you want to have a coffee or a few drinks. View all feedback. What User likes about Picaso:
You need to try the ribs, they were incredible! Also, the Jaggermeister wings were spot on, really delicious. And everything goes down better with a Lemonade. Decided to finish up the night with a Lava cake. God, the awesomeness of it! A must try if you love chocolate and vanilla. And the presentation. Truly this place has the name of an artist. The staff was also really nice and welcoming. View all feedback.
