A medium to small restaurant (best after reservation), good in the middle row, with a very friendly and nurturing service, beautiful classical music, beautiful views and... this food! We had 5 courses: two soups, two meat dishes and desert. Everything is deliciously simple to the end. Well balanced aromas, especially the exotic, carefully mixed textures, the right amount in the plate. In addition, the wine recommendation was simply perfect for everyone above. One must know detail: the menu is quite limited, but well selected dishes are there to almost all tastes. And several dishes are replaced by new ones almost every week. A great concept given the gastronomic experience of this place. Capsicum made it 1st place on my list in Sibiu. And the top 3 in Romania. Well done!
