We just arrived, only 4 September and the staff did not hesitate to accept one from the menu order for some hot/mulled wine, even if the cold season has not yet been started. The drink itself was absolutely brilliant, beautiful... taste, magical color together with a delicious coconut milk hot chocolate. Good work for the staff!

Another bad aspect was the staff. They looked extremely tired and bored and we had to...explicitly ask them look around in order to see their customers. It was almost impossible to order a new beer as the waiting time was so long as it was. So, choose another place if you want a decent meal and proper service. Come here if you have good time and want to watch people walking by, as the placement of the restaurant is very good.

Aft... read more Me and my boyfriend stopped for something sweet at around 8p.m. My boyfriend didn 't wanted anything to eat or drink so I was the only one who was ordering. After the waitress took our order and we did not wanted anything to drink she gave...us a bad look and left. After around 30 minutes of waiting for my order the manager came to our table to tell us that we cannot stay at a table for 4 only to eat one desert and nothing to drink. He has a lot of chefs to pay and if we want to eat something sweet we should go to different place, the desert is for those who will eat more.

When we popped in, there were 2 tables available but still with the bottles from previous customers on them. My brother went to a waiter to ask him if we can...seat in, and the waiter responded while he was enjoying his cigarette, a simple yes . After that the same waiter served us. My first complain was the waiter dressing style , which was very casual(t shirt jeans and trainers). We ordered 3 different burgers and some drinks. The burgers buns were burnt and the burgers meat was overcooked outside and raw inside. The bacon was not bacon properly. Was an authentic cheap type of bacon, called kaizer . The chips were frozen French fries, topped up with a sort of mix of seasoning used by Romanian chefs at making soups. Awful. After we tried to eat, the waiter came to pick up the plates and asked us in everything was all right. We replied a very simple No and decided to write this review. Avoid
