We wer... read more I would give this winery 100 stars if I could. We visited as a couple in July 2020 after enjoying Sladic wines in several restaurants throughout Croatia. We were offered the wine tasting which was paired with local cheese, ham and olive oil all of which were world class. Marko was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and also happy to answer our many questions. We enjoyed learning about the different wines produced and were deeply impressed by the high quality and creativity of this winery. The highlight for us was the Debit, dessert wine and olive oil. We bought a few bottles to enjoy at home and gift to friends. We look forward to visiting again soon

They even serve chee... read more A family owned and run business producing the most amazing Croatian wines white, red, rose and dessert wines are all available for tasting. They even serve cheese/meat platters to accompany the wines served, with an explanation of how each one is produced. You can even buy the wines to take away and enjoy at your leisure a really lovely experience and definitely one to put on your visit list. We did this as part of an overall package with a tour guide company but check it out, it's one not to be missed.

The cheese and olive oil provided along side were of the region the cheese mild and light, the olive oil rich and peppery.

Marko Sla... read more We drove as a couple to Sladic Winery from Sibenik after we tasted one of their wines (Debit 2018) in the renowned Michelin star restaurant Pelegrini. Marko Sladic himself lets us taste 6 of their wines, we appreciate the informal home setting and the generous portions. He even delivered bread, cheese and olive oil to enrich the tasting experience. The whites (Marastina, Debit) were complex with a corresponding acid content. The rose was on the strong side. The Red (Plavina, Lasin) were earthly, medium bodies with considerable amounts of tanines. We also tried the limited dessert wine (Deorum), which was excellent, with the right amount of sweetness and liqueur. We were very satisfied with the experience and bought some bottles at the end. Very recommended for a low key tasting of high-quality family wine in Croatia.

Order cheese and meat plates to pair with the wine. We sat outside and our wonderful host left the bottles for us to try.
