Located near the seaside, Bronzin is a charming restaurant with a classy yet comfortable atmosphere. They specialize in serving delicious Dalmatian cuisine. While there may be slightly longer wait times for your food because of the popularity of the place, dining at Bronzin is definitely worth the money.
The service at this restaurant was very friendly and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious tiramisu, as it had been a while since I had a good one. The burrata starter was also fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the beef cheeks dish due to the overwhelming amount of sauce that masked the taste of the meat. Overall, I would still recommend this place, but suggest trying a different dish besides the beef cheeks.
This restaurant is excellent, with delicious cuisine and an impressive selection of wines. Despite our last-minute decision to dine with a group of six, the staff were able to accommodate us at a great table. The restaurant also offers outdoor seating and has a unique and intriguing interior design.
Our Hotelier recommended this place as one of his favourite places. Lovely setting on the promenade, there is a really nice ambience to the place. Food great, we had some lovely toasted Sour Dough with homemade dips to start, followed by a great risotto. I tried my first Peka and would recommend it. Overall a great experience
The food is forgettable, comes in low portions and expensive. We ordered a Tenderloin steak, Duck confided, Sea bass, and clutter fish. The duck was a single little leg, which was dry, undercooked and looked sad. The sides consisted of a few flavorless potatoes, without any seasoning and about a teaspoon of pea sauce, dry as the desert. The clutter fish was average, but the multiple fishes were not fresh (mind you this restaurant is about 20 meters from the sea). The sea bass was a disappointment. I doubt that an actual chef made that dish. The bass did not have any flavor at all. The steak was so dry the pieces of it fell apart to a slight squeeze with the fingers. Overall all dishes with meat have no reason to cost more than a frozen one plus a few more euros, accounting for the alcohol you have to buy to take your thoughts away from the fact that the animals who provided the meat died for nothing. Drinks were alright but we ordered basic ones. Service was nice but they didn’t even bother to ask how did the dishes taste, im assuming they knew that they are disappointing. Would not recommend to dine here under any circumstance.
