The River View Cafe - Shropshire

Came here for the first time and didn't know what to expect but I loved it. We ordered jacket potato, ploughman's board and Mac and cheese. All parties really enjoyed their food and it was good value for money. All staff were very friendly, attentive and always willing to help. They also all wore masks and tables were suitably distanced. There were stunning views of the city and were plenty of tables outside and inside of the cafe. Would thoroughly recommend it and if I lived closer, would come here very often!

Excellent lunch, dog friendly and breathtaking view of a clear day. we always thought the staff was very friendly. served alcohol when you spend it. had never had a bad meal.

Today, Sunday together with close family my wife and i had an extremely enjoyable lunch at the cafe. The weather was nice and it was very pleasant to sit outside an eat. The food was excellent and the staff and service first class. We use the cafe regularly and we would not hesitate to recommend others to enjoy its excellent fare and service. !0 out of 10 again Jules.

Absolutely beautiful little caffe in the city center, about the river severn. very delicious homemade food, especially the cakes. a hidden gem!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were asked if we preferred to dine indoors or outdoors. I opted for a sandwich while my daughter chose a pasta dish. Both were freshly prepared, served quickly, and tasted delicious. I will definitely be returning in the future.
