It’s been a long time since I’ve been to this pub and when we went in it hadn’t changed too much. Still a nice welcoming village pub. We decided just to have a drink and looked at the menu and decided we would go back and have a meal. The food looked really good and very reasonable prices. View all feedback.

Booked a table for 7.30, our order was taken quickly! However after 45 mins our food had not arrived! No explanation or oppoligy offered! After an hour we went to the bar and asked to pay for our drinks as we weren't prepaired to wait any longer! Still no explanation was offered! However we did receive a very incencer oppoligy we paid for our drinks and left, avoid this place plenty of other pubs in the area offering... View all feedback.
We had a lovely meal last night. The steak was cooked perfectly and the seabass was delicious. Nikki and Grace were extremely attentive, as usual, making sure we had everything we needed and even taking the time to chat with customers.
The food was delicious and expertly prepared at a reasonable price; the staff was extremely courteous and welcoming. We definitely plan on returning.
I am a vegetarian so I had a roast lunch without meat.No salmon or cod on the menu so this was my choice.I was disappointed when I paid my bill that they only took £1 OFF the price of my meal .I would have expected at least £3 as that is the dearest part. The meal was very nice ,but disgusting price .Shame on you plough in claverly.
Our family (12no) were treated to a wonderful Sunday roast dinner at The Plough Inn Claverley while celebrating a special birthday. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the service and food were the best we’ve had for a long time. Thank you to all involved. We would definitely recommend a visit to family friends.
This is one of the friendliest pubs I’ve ever been in, a proper old British pub. The staff and owner were all helpful and very welcoming as were the locals. The food was amazing, there was a great selection of beers and we had a fantastic experience staying on the car park in our motorhome it was so quiet. I would heartily recommend the Plough Inn at Claverley to anyone.
