What Goodeazhunter doesn't like about The Links Cafe:
Stopped here whilst passing through. Lovely attentive staff, great atmosphere and decor. Homemade soup and cheesy garlic bread was very good. Mains we had fish and chips- massive! Also had baked ham, egg and chips. Again great potion size. No room for the homemade dessert! Good cask ales and selection of wines. Will visit again if in the area. View all feedback. read moreThe Windmill Inn is a charming country inn with a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff. The homemade soup and fish and chips come highly recommended. While the food quality can vary, the portions are generous. The lack of a children's menu may be a downside for some families. The cozy dining area, selection of cask ales and wines, and impressive Sunday roast make this a popular choice for locals and visitors alike. With a roaring log fire and delicious menu options like Butternut Squash, Roast Beef, and Traditional Sherry Trifle, The Windmill Inn offers a delightful dining experience with great value for money.
