Upon visiting, we experienced subpar customer service. Despite emailing our complaint, they have yet to acknowledge it.
The service at this restaurant is excellent and always comes with a smile. They offer a good selection of light bites at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, with views of the climbing areas all around. I highly recommend it.
The staff at Sky Lounge are charming and hospitable, and the café has a fantastic atmosphere! The coffee is delicious and reasonably priced. Additionally, there is a play area and a small climbing wall, perfect for keeping the kids busy while you enjoy your coffee. We had a wonderful time and would definitely suggest trying it out.
When we visited, we found having bad customer services. I sent them to my complaint by e-mail and they did not even recognize them.
