The best chips in Oswestry, along with the best egg mayo sandwich and chicken burger in town! The hostess and staff are incredibly kind and friendly, making it a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with mental health issues or neurodiversity. As someone who is autistic and can only comment on a few meal options, I can assure you that you won't be disappointed!

Home made steak pie. you need that, even if they are vegan, they should take a break and have the cake.

Just returned from a delicious Sunday Roast….. we hadn’t booked but we were accommodated by the Christmas tree. Service was swift and friendly can definitely recommend. Thanks

Drinks nice and very relaxed, staff were very friendly and happy to help. very good tourist guides who were happy to guide us to other pubs around oswestry. I hear they call this top red which we can see since it's at the top of...the hill down towards the other pub. Very nice

Every single time my family and I have visited for food, we leave talking about how amazing the food is. We have been this evening and once again, the food was incredible. If I could put into words what their home made chips taste like...I would, but I don’t think anything I say could give them the credit they deserve! Steak is delicious, veggie option available, specials on the board and very polite young girl behind the bar. The food here is not talked about enough, a hidden gem!
