Next Door - Shropshire

Ever since the Village Butcher closed down, I've been getting my breakfast sandwiches here. The food is fine, but the prices keep changing every week. It would be better to set a fixed price and stick with it. A £1 difference might not seem like much, but in this cost of living crisis, it really adds up. It's hard to compare prices with the competition when they keep changing. If I compare against the highest prices, I wouldn't come back, but at the average price, it's worth it.

On a dark December evening our van had broken down and we were stranded in Albrighton when we were pointed in the direction of Bar next door where Sally (wearing the best Christmas jumper ever) fixed us up with 2 fantastic steak meals and a very comfortable apartment for the night all at very reasonable prices. Then 2 lovely cooked breakfast and lattes in the morning and took us to the garage across the road and organised for the van to be recovered. We really can’t thank her enough what a lovely person

I use this place all the time, from a quick snack, through to a vegan Sunday lunch. Very helpful and very polite. Good music, great beers and ciders and it even puts sporting events on the huge telly. Well worth a look. They even have apartments for rent if you feel like staying :
