I have tried to make this in recent years to my local, but my patient is now at the end! forgotten (if they are the misadaisic, fraudulent attitude of the so call manager as they stroll around casually and the demotivated, half-trained, harassed coworkers. for the last three nights there was no ale at the place. which possible excuse can exist for this debakel alongside inadequate and inept cellar and bar management. for a so-called market leader in the gas industry, this is worse than unacceptable, it is a shameful catastrophe and must sort out immediately. the place and the management is a sweat! I have visited many of their cans over the years, but this is undoubtedly the worst!

Start with the app ordering service if you want to order something. check whether they have it first, as the app does not tell them! state when the art app, which is ordered 2 steaks to say they have no left. only then get 1 steak. I'm not a big mathematician, but I'm sure you're all in the words that it's not hard to work out this! then we will be offered an alternative to steak. a burger! let's just say I'm waiting for the burger to be served now. I'm leaving now for two hours. long lost cause I think people, but I don't wait the less lol. So we finish with a job for a hot chocolate. I mean, it was cold ours so why not! from here we are told that they don't have a hot choir. no drama, we can have a tee instead. much to my surprise was possible. they can get the confusion if only one cup given, but empty. I guess we had to use our fantasies to imagine drinking tee? of course I asked. he told us we have to go and do it ourselves. ok, bite! So then I have to ask where this machine is, as I don't read. then he goes all the way to the machine and talks me through how to use them. in this time he could have done the **** ding himself. after I made the tee. rather proffesional I could add (mad stirrup skills) I was told to another amazing thing. they have no mülleimer and simply the tee bag and the iron on the side with the other. shock fleas did not come to the party tbh. moral of the story, the place is shocking. nothing short of an embodiment. for the dear gods please do not go

Worst spoons of all time. the stink when u toe is rough. the workers are terrible and shelleyhas left, so there is not even someone who is happy to see. they target college students and kick them out when they don't order food. even if they go in for a drink, they can't sit in, never see someone flew out from the old people because he only has a drink. the employee's main priority is for college children because they honestly have nothing better to do. they will lose a lot of money when all college students go to shrewsbury hotel after they quit for ordering a drink. make better

The personal is so rude for young people. College students go here to have a break and get a cheap meal after their lection and socialize with their friends. but every time we sit down, we'll be harassed by the employees to...order or we'll be thrown out even if the majority of us still order. the employees are dirty and rough and are looking for some reason to step college students when we are their main business. if they continue to be rude, they will not receive a service from college students and therefore lose all their profit. the schrewsbury hotel obspoons knows how to make his job better.

The staff here are so rude to all the customers. we went in and all sat on a table. we always order via the app, so we all individually had our apps open choosing what to order. some of us had already put orders in,...and some hadn’t. one of the women came over and said rudely how none of our drinks are coming out until we’d all get put an order in. we’d not even been there for long. in the morning, they also chucked my friend’s breakfast onto the table rather aggressively and his honey spilt all over the table and she didn’t even apologise. again, later in the day, my friend ordered a pitcher and some of joined the table, who were all over 18. the staff said they were no longer going to serve us because we are underage and didn’t even ask to see our IDs. if they’d have checked, they’d have known everyone was over the age. this establishment has no politeness or any form of customer service at all. don’t bother going
