Mcdonald's - Shropshire

I should have closed my eyes whilst driving down the A49... I probably wouldn't have experienced a fate worse than death.

Always get orders wrong, food often cold. Was told couldn't buy the toys for my daughter without purchase of a meal despite their website stating the opposite (thankfully head office sent a voucher as way of apology)

I mean it wasn’t bad, it was a McDonalds? I don’t know what you want me to say?

I ordered on the macdonalds app wished I hadn't. My drink is missing!!! Contacted them and they said it's uber eats fault when they sealed the bag!!!

Well I wouldnt give it one star really….no other option though. Got scammed for £12.36 for two big macs and two medium fries………a Big Mac Meal is £5.46 so I paid over £1.50 more for less because i didnt have a drink ! There was no price for individual items displayed anywhere on the drive through so could not make the comparison and assumed that as i was ordering LESS than the meal price content, i would be paying less. Asked to speak to a ‘manager’ and she said “that’s why we encourage you to buy a meal…… you could of used the App…….. and NO we wont swap it for meals and refund the difference, you ordered it and paid for it…that’s it !!!!!!! Absolutely fuming and would encourage anyone whose not sure to ask the price of items BEFORE ordering so you can make an informed comparison. I will be pursuing the difference in price !
