We booked a table for lunch via email at this restaurant. It was about half full when we arrived. Our drinks were served promptly and our order was taken. We ordered a snack, starter, and main course. The service was a bit slow, but the only complaint we had. The food was fantastic and we had a lot of options to choose from. We ordered the Monster Smash and the 3 Little Piggies, which were both delicious. The 3 Little Piggies came naked with a side of onion rings and fries. We would definitely recommend returning to this restaurant if we ever go back to Bridgnorth.
We enjoy exploring Bridgnorth, so we decided to spend the day there on a sunny Saturday in November. Two members of our family are gluten-free, so we quickly searched online for lunch options and discovered Graze. It was a fantastic find, from the delicious menu to the friendly server and charming surroundings. The burgers were the best we've ever had, and we can't stop raving about our experience. We hope to visit again soon.
I am saddened to write this review tonight about our experience at Graze. We have enjoyed dining here many times in the past, but our takeaway order on Friday evening was disappointing. After waiting 15-20 minutes for our order to be ready, we discovered that it was not correct. Instead of the halloumi we ordered, we received all chicken wings. The Grow Mould Together burger was bitter and had a strange soap-like taste, causing my partner not to finish it. Both burgers were overcooked and tasteless, not meeting the usual standard we are used to. We did not reach out to the restaurant to complain as it was not worth making the trip back and waiting for a correct order. We were looking forward to our meal all week and were disappointed with tonight's experience. When supporting a local business, there is an expectation of quality that was not met in this instance. Hopefully, this feedback can be helpful for improvement in the future.
