Charlies At The Old Mill Tea Rooms

Charlie and the team thank you so much for the Mad Hatters tea party, It was outstanding! Arabella absolutely loved it, as did us all! So much fun, great quality food and lots of it. Top day, looking forward to the next one thank...you super stars! X

Charlie’s is a rustic tee room. we took our two enkels who loved the alice in Wonderland theme. we had lunch that was freshly cooked, followed by cake and scones. we will visit again soon.

The teestuben are located in the first floor of the 4-storey antique centre. as they go through the door, they are faced with a hotch-potch collection of random settees, tables and chairs. These are with throws, kisses and a selection of games...etc we sat on settees with an alice in the wonderland thema, surrounded by clicks and pocket watches hanging on the deck. very quirky. their order at the counter and eating will be delivered to them during preparation. service is friendly if a little slow. there is an excellent selection of sandwiches, panini etc. with a few meals in the offer. we had a tuna and cheese and a speck, brie and cranberry panini. these were served with a beautiful fresh salad garnish. a very pleasant old-fashioned tea room in a comfortable environment.

As it is in this week free tee or coffee for someone named charlie (my daughter is a charlotte aka charlie) welcomed by beautiful young lady we had ham and cheese panini and jacket spud with cheese and drone absolute joy! best jacket I have tasted when from for lunch and beautiful fresh salad hidden gemstone in bridgnorth and love the alice in the wonderland thema great thumbs of us visit they will not be disappointed

From a background and another one when I visited charlies, I was in the middle of a series of afternoons. one in birmingham, one in a posh country house, and charlies and I can confidently say that this is by far the most fun and best worth! I treated my friend and her children and we had a fabulous afternoon. none of them could believe the view of the table when they arrived, many pictures were made before we even settled down. that was all very nice, and it had been carefully prepared as we demanded, i.e. no butter on the sandwiches and more veggie fillings than normal. the personal was friendly and professional in nothing was any hardships whether there was a top-up of the teekanne or doggy bags to take the rest of the home, there was much too much for us in a go eat! I would recommend charlies whether for a child party, a hen do (it would be fun or just a tasty bite.
