I always enjoy dining at Carluccio's. It is probably the most authentic Italian chain restaurant in Britain. The restaurant in Shrewsbury has a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere and very attentive service. They also offer a wide selection of vegan options, making it a great choice for all diners.

The coffee was excellent and the breakfast was perfectly cooked. We ordered the full breakfast and toast with chicken jam. This restaurant is a great spot for a change of scenery.
We dined here to celebrate my friend's 30th birthday. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff in a lovely restaurant adorned with beautiful candle lighting. The food was delicious and served promptly, allowing us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed or waiting too long. We felt that the quality of the food matched its taste. We highly recommend a visit and will definitely be returning!
Came in on Thursday morning for an early lunch, met with a big smile and warm welcome from the manageress. She guided me through the gluten free menu and helped me choose what I wanted. The food was really good! Outstanding service from her and the waitress. Looking forward to going back :
