Buffet Car At The Railway - Shropshire

We stopped here for coffee while waiting for our train journey. The staff were quick and the drinks were served promptly. They also offer a breakfast menu that you can pre-book when purchasing your train tickets.

I visited this restaurant during a Seven Valley trip. The food was fantastic and there was plenty of it. The service was excellent, with friendly staff. I highly recommend a visit.

This charming old railway pub is a true authentic gem, not just a tacky themed bar. With its vast selection of beers and nostalgic 1930s atmosphere, it's definitely worth a visit just to experience the railway station itself.

Had a great breakfast here , bacon sausage and Black pudding are the highest quality and very tasty , the eggs beans mushrooms and hash brown as you would expect , service is always friendly and efficient, not a posh place but its clean and airy with tables spaced so you're not on top of one another, have one of these if you're going to be playing trains all day it really sets you up for the day , this place is going to be refurbished or even moved along with the other parts of the railway with plans being approved and work due to start in the near future ,hope the character doesn't get lost of the place, they do a special and other lunch options if you don't want to eat early

Visited it as part of the steam railway day of severn valley. was last stop on the line and spent 4 hours in and around before the return. beautiful burggartens here with free entrance. enjoyable cable car ride on the cliff and many shops and places to eat and drink. station a little too foot from the city center, but clean, with easy access and friendly staff. recommend the steam train.
