We called in for my daughter to take some medication. The staff member was very helpful, he opened the medication bottle for us and provided water. We called back later for a late lunch. Lots of choice including vegetarian meals. The cakes looked lovely but I was too full. We will be visiting again. View all feedback.

After a Sunday afternoon of shopping in Shrewsbury, we stumbled upon this restaurant. Despite arriving late and having not eaten lunch, the staff were welcoming and the food was delicious. We will definitely return.
We only had tea and cappuccino at this café, both of which were delicious. The café was clean and we enjoyed our beverages. It was our first visit to Shrewsbury in about two years and we were disappointed to see that part of the long-standing town centre shopping mall was closed off. However, we were impressed with the affordable parking rates at the Frankwell car park, only 70p per hour.
Massarella offers a delicious bakewell slice and a variety of drinks. This cafe caters primarily to an older clientele.
I love a good scone and oh my I was not disappointed Made on sight and the texture nice and moist. Scones can sometimes be to dry but these were delicious
There was quite a long wait for food but we were warned about this. It was busy and we had the only empty table I had to clear this as there didn't appear to be enough staff. Food was ok brie and cranberry baguette and toastie. Reduce price refills on pop was good.
