Starbucks - Shrewsbury

My friends and I ordered drinks here, full price, and they didnt even give us the right drinks. My friends got pink drinks and so did I but they didnt even give us a pink drink. I got a strawberry acai lemonade NOT what I ordered, the lady even asked if I wanted the same drinks as my friends and still didn't give the right drink. My friends drinks didn't even have strawberries in them and had an enormous amount of coconut milk which was also not the milk they asked for.

Most people I know always complain that there are never seats open. Personally I've always been able to find a seat and have had some good conversations with those around me. This in my opinion, the best Starbucks in the area by far clean and the baristas second to none they are awesome!!!!

This a great place to come to work, relax or catch up with an old friend. I didn?t like that the times I did come the tables weren?t cleaned for the next round of patrons. I would clean my table. The staff at any other Starbucks has far better service than this one. Not to badmouth the whole staff because some definitely were professional but a few individuals were not. One woman gave me an incomplete order twice and one guy felt the need to blast baby-making r&b during his shift interrupting the chill and laidback atmosphere that existed before he got there (he wasn?t reading the crowd). Another woman looked pained to give me a straw for my cold drink so I reached behind the counter and got it myself while she just watched. During down moments none of the late afternoon staff would come and clean the tables which had trash, crumbs, coffee stains, and Stickiness from sugary drinks. On the upside, the manager and assistant manager were always pleasant and I enjoyed this shop despite the few issues listed.

It's a Starbucks. A nice little Starbucks in the middle of a seriously high-end mall. If you manage to ignore Coach or Lululemon next door, your wallet should stay healthy.

I?ve been here a few times. They are always fast and the baristas are polite and courteous. Never had any issues or problems going here. Much faster service than the Starbucks in downtown red bank so if you are debating on which one to stop at, chose this location because the service did faster, kinder and the atmosphere is not as hectic and rushed. It has a relaxing atmosphere.
