Panera Bread - Shrewsbury

If you're in the mood for lukewarm soup topped with unmelted cheese and salads made from wilted lettuce, Panera Bread is the place for you!

The food is consistently great. During peak hours, it can get quite crowded, but the line moves at a reasonable pace. However, I would appreciate it if they could keep bagels in stock more regularly.

I had a terrible experience at this location. The staff member taking my order was holding a dust broom while working on the computer. When I asked him why he had it, he simply turned around and put it on the counter where food is prepared. I left the store right away because I don't trust that the food is handled properly at this Panera location. The manager really needs to address this issue!

Standard Panera food, nothing special. The restaurant is nice, however the amience is not the best for students as there is no private VIP section for those taking the rigorous and extremeley difficult AP Calculus course. DO BETTER.

Ordered delivery to my job and part of my order was missing. Called the store and was put on hold then was hung up on. Called back 6 times before someone answered. When I told them I was missing part of my order, they told me I could come in to get itand that they could not deliver it. I paid $5 service fee for delivery originally and another $5 tip on top of it, and now I?mbeing told the remaining part of my order, that they forgot to bag, must be picked up. After getting there, I had to stand inline for 15 minutes before being helped. My turkey bravo sandwich was dry, and had 1 measly piece of turkey on it. Do yourself afavor and do save your money, or spend it elsewhere.
