Hearthly Burger - Shrewsbury

0 stars. Was looking forward to visiting. Just arrived today (Sunday) at the door at 4:20pm. They close at 5pm yet the door was already locked, no one inside. Incredibly disappointing. No sign on the door to say why they were closed 40 minutes before the actual closing time.

Burger is good but if you are in any hurry, forget about this place. Manager is more about modelling her body and the cashier thinks he is in a sitcom show. Last time it took me 10 minutes to wait for a woke couple in front of me and I left. If you have time and ok to deal with woke people, it is a good burger joint.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and I found the food to be delicious, although a bit on the expensive side. Our server, Jason, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. I would definitely return primarily because of his kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you!

I truly believe it's the best burger in New Jersey. The ingredients are exceptional, and you can genuinely taste the quality of the meat. The bun is toasted—a detail that many burger places overlook—and the layering is just right. Yes, it can be on the pricey side, but sometimes you have to spend a little more to get the best. Each of the six times I've been there, the food and customer service have been outstanding. It's become a regular part of my weekly routine, and thankfully, it's conveniently located near my job.
