We love Bagel Masters and go there often but the last two days of ordering delivery, the order has been wrong and today this is what my bagel looked like (and was wrong again). The bag and other bagel in the order were fine. This one looks stomped on. I'm starting to think Bagel Masters only rocks when you go yourself because they can't seem to handle delivery orders. The quality of the bagel has gone down at this place, it was a bit stale. The cheese wasnt melted and it was just average.

By FAR the best bagels in the area, and ALWAYS consistently good service. Worth every penny!
