This restaurant is a hidden gem. They serve amazing Creole dishes like gumbo, étouffée, and jambalaya. It's a family-owned business run by a mother and son from Abbeville, Louisiana. Some of their ingredients, like the delicious andouille sausage in the gumbo, are sourced from Louisiana. Dr. Griffin, who usually handles customer service, is a pleasure to talk to. Heart and soul go into this fiery feast of food. Portion size is plenty and taste is tremendous as expected. This mother and son team are an example of a family forged in festivities. From catering to pop-ups and now a restaurant to house all the goodness, diners can truly dig in. Not a single item on this menu is to be overlooked. Gather your family and friends and treat yourselves to great southern creole cooking. Be sure to say hi to Henry, he's a true people person.
