I have to rate this experience poorly, even though it's the first time I've had a bad meal from this place since it opened.

The food is so good that it's worth it! Visiting during the week is a great option for a quick bite. Jim is flexible with meal modifications—he'll make it hot or adjust the ingredients as needed—but honestly, the recipes are already well-designed, so there's usually no need for changes!
