In the end I turned up and the two guys there were sat outside smoking in the sun- nice for you guys, shame for the business. I did explain I’d been ringing and they said “it was very busy a few moments ago”

Waited over 2hours to receive my order and when it did finally arrive it was the wrong order!!! So sent it straight back and went elsewhere, no customer skills at this particular venue, no value for money and no organisation... i havnt and wont be ringing here again, might as well turn it into a Gregs and go grab your own sausage roll as this place is ran by complete sausagers!!!

Always eat from the wok go in chester love the hot box had one from shotton wok go tonight and couldn't eat it don't know how they made it can't see any chilli flakes in and the heat was horrible!!! Will never eat there again and i feel sorry and feel sorry for anyone that dose.
