My family has been eating at Pepe's for as long as I can remember. There are many different locations some better than others. It's not very authentic Mexican cuisine but it tastes good anyway! Margareta was excellent. Steak tacos were not that good. Meat was not trimmed well. There were chunks of inedible parts? The staff DID NOT HAVE MASKS ON, as stated on their web site. This used to be my favorite Pepe's, but not any longer. I won't return. I questioned why there wasn't more than 3 people in there on a Saturday lunch hour, and now I know why. One thing is certain that you need to like Cheddar cheese because they use a lot of it. I love the Chilli Con Queso Dip with their homemade tortilla chips and many goopy, stretch Chihuahua cheese! You definitely get a lot of food on your plate and you don't let a hunger. I never ate the lunch buffet, but to be honest, it doesn't look so good.
Thurs. 1/2 price margaritas very good. Food and service were good, kitchen needed to prepare appetizers and entrees with more time between courses. The prices were fair.
I came here with my girlfriend for Valentine's Day and they said her cook was out. The hostess and the bus boy had to cook the food themselves and it was really fantastic and the service was great!
Another great Pepe's location! Food is always delicious and very affordable! Drinks are ice cold and very affordable and the servers are always amazing! Great family night out or date night!
Nice bar area. very clean, they also have slots. And Great customer service, they make you feel welcome.
