Dunkin' - Shorewood

I recently stopped by Dunkin Donuts on my way to work and was disappointed to find that my Butternut donut was hard and stale. Rather than informing me that they didn't have any fresh ones available, they handed me a stale donut along with my coffee. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location!

This used to be one of the best places around. I'm not sure if there’s been a change in management or ownership, but now they consistently get my orders wrong. There's almost a 90% chance that when I order anything caramel, I end up with something pumpkin or almond instead.

This is the best Dunkin' location in the area. My girlfriend never has any complaints when we visit this one, no matter how many of her trendy TikTok drinks she orders. I think the staff is well-trained and very patient. Additionally, the interior is always clean, which I really appreciate.

The restaurant offers a clean environment, quick service, and a wide variety of delicious donuts. It's the best in town! Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
