Buffalo Wild Wings - Shorewood

We were seated and waited to be served while four disinterested young ladies lingered by the entrance to the bar, engrossed in their own conversation. They continued chatting for quite some time before two of them left and the other two moved their conversation to the hostess desk. We sat there, still waiting. After five minutes of being ignored, with the tinny music still blasting and no water offered, we decided to leave. The overall atmosphere was lacking. With only three tables in use, it was surprising to see four bored waitresses and a smiling hostess who, despite her friendliness, didn’t ensure our comfort. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Customer service should not interfere with staff leisure time!

The Shorewood restaurant is just about a block away from my house. I placed a DoorDash order, and the driver was very polite and apologetic for the delay.

We tried to place an online order for pickup, but Buffalo Wild Wings was experiencing issues with their credit card payment system. When we arrived, however, we were able to successfully complete the payment in person.

This place has really deteriorated... it's an absolute disaster inside! The air conditioning is so ineffective that they have fans set up on the floor.

I absolutely adore the food and the service every time I visit! The staff is friendly and excellent with kids. The food is always served hot and comes out as soon as it's ready, so some people might experience a slightly longer wait, but it's always worth it for that warmth.
