The Habit Burger Grill - Shoreline

During my recent visit to the establishment, I encountered some issues with my order. The cashier didn't allow me to upgrade my fries to garlic cheese fries. Unfortunately, while placing the order, I accidentally pressed the wrong button and was charged a tip. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was informed that the manager was the only one who could assist with the matter. However, upon speaking with the manager, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Despite my explanation of the situation, the manager was unwilling to refund the tip and instead suggested that I request a refund for the entire order. After some discussion, the manager eventually agreed to refund the order. However, another worker quickly provided me with a tip refund.Additionally, when I arrived home and tried the food, I found it overly salty. While I understand that taste preferences can vary, the level of saltiness made the food almost inedible. Unfortunately, due to these experiences, I do not anticipate returning to this establishment.

It's a good place to get a burger. I usually ask for a lettuce wrapped burger and no seasoning and only raw vegetables. they have gotten my order correct Everytime. Plus the pricing is reasonable. Why eat at MCD?

I know it's a chain, but I really do like their food. Veggie burger is good, my husband enjoys their impossible burger. Love all the sides- tempura green beans and fries get a special nod. Love love love their jalapeño green pepper bar and all the condiments. Shout out for the Oreo milkshake. I like their kid menu and they have high chairs and booster seats for family friendly dining. Employees are friendly and the place has a nice, clean atmosphere. Definitely will be coming back.

We have eaten here in the past but something has changed. Our most recent (and last) yesterday was really awful. Tables were dirty, canisters were out of sauce. Ice tea was tasteless. Burgers were soggy with little or no char. We questioned they were fully cooked and did not finish eating them. In the 45 minutes we were there not one table was cleared or wiped off. There was spilled water on the floor, instead of mopping it up they placed a wet floor sign over a portion of it. Customers had to step over the pool. There was a steady stream of people from the parking lot area (not customers) walking past our table to use the bathrooms.

It's a great burger at a pretty good price.Staff is expedient and cordial.
