Starbucks - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I went in Sunday and a sandwich drink paid for it. She started making the drink for the guy ahead me, no worries. I noticed I forgot something, I said I would be right back. I git the item checked out on my way back to Starbucks. She was helping someone else and hadn't even started my drink. She was slow and lost and acted like she had never seen me before. Defo friendly staff and all the same options as other Starbucks'. As always, it would be nicer for the prices to be lower and stop penny pinching from customer (ie charging for light ice).
